Your video will first be reviewed to ensure it meets our Terms of Use before it is added to the site.
Accepted video files are uploaded to the Our Voice Our Country channel on You Tube. Those videos will also be visible at this site’s catalog.
If you don't think your current video file format is recognized by YouTube, you may get the best results from converting your file to MPEG4 video with MP3 audio.
