innovative plans of action
- Make informed decisions through relevant research and
demonstration of knowledge
- Give policy makers clear and authentic guidance about The People's priorities
- Keep the promise made to our youth by enabling all Americans
to be heard in Washington
- Overcome political partisanship, roadblocks, logjams and inaction
